Some of these "technical" "articles" are blog posts. Of course, James got a "paper" published in JONES that consisted of an email, so perhaps we shouldn't be too harsh on Gage and his gaggle. As noted by Ref, Gage himself has contributed a nice round number of technical posts to that list. Gage really is no different from David Ray Griffin, a popularizer of other people's "work" who contributes little (beyond that "AIA" after his name).
