I love how he uses the term "alleged" when referring to the planes. Looks like they're arguing that the flights that hit the WTC weren't 767s. What a bunch of maroons!

If you can manage to write a letter stating the information you want, and address it to the correct government agency, they are required by law to give you (a) the information, or (b) an explanation as to why they may legally withhold the information. And if they give you (b), you have the right to make a court case of it.

That you are incapable of describing a failed FOIA request as anything other than DURR UNSUCCESSFUL DURR IMPLIED STONEWALLING DURR INSIDE JOB DURRRRR proves you have no knowledge of the FOIA process... a very simple process, designed so that even Americans of below average intelligence can utilize it.

You won't get serial numbers for individual parts from a FOIA request, unless you're super-specific about which part it is you're looking for. You can't just write "I want serial numbers for parts!"

But... I suppose the serial numbers for the hulls of the plane that HAD been released by the government almost right away didn't count.

After all something big and fast did hit the towers that look like a 767, had parts consistent with a 767, and started huge fire just like a fuel laden 767 would do if run into a building. My mistake. I thought we were talking about all 4 flights like we were when it came to plane part serial numbers (which you guys STILL have yet to comment on).

As for the WTC flights, one guy says he went around and found three out of four of them.. he's the only one who ever said that as far as I know, so until he gets corraborated, I'm assuming noone's ever found them because of the buildings that collapsed on them. That's just me though.

In order for your claim to be true, that would require that flight 93's voice recorder had at least 33 minutes of audio on it... which would make it the only commercial passenger plane in history at the time with a cockpit voice recorder that wasn't on a 30 minute repeating loop that gets re-recorded over as the plane flies....

The flight 93 recording is 30 minutes and 12 seconds... consistent because it's on a tape reel, and manufacturers often include a slight overlap of a few seconds to garuantee a full 30 minutes after the assembly process.

Standard CVRs are now 2 hours, althought some tape-reeled 30 minute ones are still in use.

Some are even going digital in the future...

So yeah, if this wasn't 2001 we were talking about, there may very well be WAY more than 3 minutes of missing audio... but this IS 2001 we are talking about. And you're an assuming retard.

I don't think it's the "official story" saying they recovered an engine six miles away. And the only way they could have, (save some freak inertia applied during the crash), would be if the plane was perhaps damaged in the air and breaking up before it hit the ground.
