This at least has audio of the part after they get outside and doofus Lepacek asks the cops if he will be arrested if he returns inside, they answer yes, and he tries to go inside. Any notion that this kook wasn't trying to get arrested should be out the window. Ignore Lepacek's absurd claim that he was trying to ask Mayor Giuliani a question; he was asking Ed Goeas, a pollster for Giuliani.
