Jenny Speaks!

Our long-ago commenter Jenny Sparks appears on Truth Revolution Radio (MP3 File) with regard to the Kennebunkport Warning Hoax, summarized well here. Jenny, Joan Jones and Arabesque have done some fine work nailing down the "Who signed what and when?" on this story. Jenny's segment leads off the show and lasts for about 20 minutes. After that, skip ahead to about 50 minutes where Bruce Marshall calls in. Marshall was apparently in charge of gathering signatures on the Kennebunkport Warning. Note how carefully Marshall avoids making any claims about the signatures. He also blows his stack, reminding us of the old adage "When you have the facts on your side, argue the facts, when you have the law on your side, argue the law. When you have neither, holler!"

Webster Tarpley, who only a few months ago was exhorting the 9-11 shock troops to build bridges to the peace movement, refers to Cindy Sheehan as a "wretched individual":

"Some of the signers, under the obvious threats of totalitarian forces, are lying in appalling fashion about what they signed and if they signed. You can see for yourself from the facsimile who signed. We need to move beyond these wretched individuals.[sic]"

Apparently Tarpley is at least temporarily on the outs with the 9-11 Blogger crowd, as is Kevin Barrett, who stands by the document.

Update: At least from what I can see, the fault line on this schism appears to be more based on the Directed Energy Weapons; note that Arabesque even states this directly:

It is conceivable that some individuals did indeed sign the document, but Craig Hill appears to be part of the hoax (or “mole” in Tarpley’s terminology) stating, “the immediate aim of the militarization of space via nuclear weapons and other exotic dangers orbiting Earth, pointing down and controlling entire societies under threat they, too, may suffer that which Dr Judy Wood persuasively suggests occurred in NYC on 9/11.” Morgan Stack and Webster Tarpley have also supported the highly dubious theory of directed energy weapons on 9/11.

Whether that part is coincidental or not, it is interesting that so many of the leaders of this "movement" in 2006 are now headed for the exits, at least apparently. Tarpley, Barrett, Fetzer, Reynolds; all four of these guys have been very visible faces on TV. Fetzer still manages to get himself invited to lots of conferences, including the Les Jamieson wing of the NY kooks, despite being possibly the most despised man within the movement, reviled by the no-planers and plane-huggers alike.
