Lepacek and Gary Talis from We Are Assaulting Girls In Wheelchairs Harass Democrats

Gary is charged with Assault, Resisting arrest, and attempted assault. His next appearance is August 13th.

The good news is that he has secured "council" for his defense. No word on whether Lionel Hutz himself will be handling the case, or one of his junior associates.

Matt Lepacek Harasses Alan Colmes

The new poster boy for the We are Changers follows Alan Colmes around for awhile haranguing him for being part of the New World Order or something. The sound is horrific and does not get better; surely Alex Jones can spring for some better equipment for these kids?

Well, Should Lepacek Be Considered a Reporter?

A couple of hours ago, I was checking the referring logs and noticed a couple Google searches for Matt Lepacek. So I checked out what happens when you Google his name. We come up sixth, but what's this in seventh?

Why, it's Matt Lepacek's page under the Ron Paul Meetup Group! And what has Matt got to say for himself?

"Matt Lepacek & a few others from WeAreChangee.org (sic) are coming down from NYC to support Ron Paul and the NH RP Crew!"

Oh, my! Now it is certainly no shock that Lepacek is, like many 9-11 Deniers, a Ron Paul supporter. But that he wrote this beforehand certainly reveals that he was not going into that Spin Room as a legitimate reporter, but as a political operative, official or not, of the Ron Paul campaign.

Matt Lepacek and Ed Brown

We've got to come up with some sort of nickname for Matt; like Arthur Dent (correction: Arthur Kent) became known as the "Scud Stud" during the first Gulf War, there's gotta be a nickname that describes Matt--The Rangy Changy? Something along those lines. Put on your thinking caps!

John Gibson Slaps Down Lepacek and Rudkowski

This is worth a listen. Gibson does a great job here! Stick with it, it gets better as time goes by.

Bermas Busted?

That's the news over at 9-11 Blogger; I'll update as reports come in:

In early reports from the scene, Jason Bermas of Loose Change, and Matt of WeAreChange, were arrested while confronting Rudy Giuliani's spindoctor on whether or not he had read the "homework" he got from Ron Paul. These are early reports, but it's all we've got so far.

Update: The punk getting busted is Matt Lepacek, apparently a Luke Rudkowksi wannabe. Jason reportedly not arrested.

They need to stop allowing these kooks into the debates. One of them is all set to go Taxi Driver, no doubt in my mind.

Though CNN staff members tried to persuade police not to arrest the accredited reporter-- in violation of the First Amendment, Lepacek was taken to jail. The police station told JonesReport.com that Lepacek is being charged with felony criminal trespass.

Lepacek did receive one phone call in jail which he used to contact reporter Luke Rudkowski. According to Rudkowski, Lepacek was scared because he had been told he may be transferred to a secret detention facility because state police were also considering charges of espionage against him-- due to a webcam Lepacek was using to broadcast live at the event. State police considered it to be a hidden camera, which led to discussion of "espionage."
