Alex Jones is Big Fat Stupid White Man

I usually just make fun of Alex Jones, because he is actually quite funny if you accept that he is a parody of himself, but now he is just getting insulting. He is on GCN right now discussing how he can prove that Seung-Hui Cho was a government trained assassin. From one of his numerous websites:

Seung-Hui Cho was a mind-controlled assassin, whether you believe he was under the influence of outside parties or not, the fact is that the cultural brainwashing of violent video games and psychotropic drugs directly contributed, as it does in all these cases, to the carnage at Virginia Tech on Monday morning.

Gun grabbers are already exploiting the tragedy to disarm future students from the opportunity of being able to defend themselves against deranged killers, but the media circus is completely silent when it comes to the laying blame at the feet of a deadly cocktail of mind-warping drugs and bloodthirsty shoot-em-ups.

Outside of the obvious culpability of the factors we see in every mass shooting - video games and "antidepressant" drugs, numerous red flags concerning Monday events are beginning to suggest that Cho was more than a heartbroken nutcase with an axe to grind.

Charles Mesloh, Professor of Criminology at Florida Gulf Coast University, told NBC 2 News that he was shocked Cho could have killed 32 people with two handguns absent expert training. Mesloh immediately assumed that Cho must have used a shotgun or an assault rifle.

It is sad enough that these idiots profit off of 9/11 years after the event. But do they have to insult the memories of victims, many who haven't even been buried yet?

I don't believe there's a government conspiracy behind the VT shooting. Yes I blame america for turning the gunman into a pussy who's thriving for attention. But the government is to blame for implementing the insane US gun control law that was adapted by the nazi weapons law in 1968. They're also to blame for allowing corporate media to disgustly overexpose the videotape put together by the gunman that may encourage other suicidal fuck-ups to copycat and go on a homicidal rampage solely for the reason to grab mass attention.

There got to be a reason other than incompetence for the us govt not even considering to loose up the gun control law and implement the idea of training and arming the teachers, student aides, principals like they do in Israel to prevent another incident like this. Clearly they benefit a lot from it.

I actually think this incident dumped a bucket of cold water on the gun control debate.

The slaughter at Va Tech was so large, and so thoroughly premeditated, that arguments like "he shouldn't have been allowed to carry guns" or "students should have been allowed to carry guns to defend themselves" just seem silly.

No simplistic law would have prevented this atrocity. And I think most Americans, whether they favor gun control or oppose it, realize that. People aren't asking what gun control laws we should have, but rather how this kid could have been identified and treated before he killed. And that's what people SHOULD be asking.

When you're dealing with someone deranged enough to murder 32 people and shoot 28 videos about it beforehand, bickering over legislation is a goddamn waste of time.

I notice the article was written by lapdog Paul Joseph Watson who actually seems even more pathetic than Alex Jones, and writes most of the material you'll find on PrisonPlanet.

Interestingly, his MySpace interests include 'zombie movies'. Last time I checked, they were filled with violence, gore, and shooting.

Then there's the 'cocktail of brainwashing' comment. Sounds like Alex Jones' films to me.

I would say Watson fits the profile of a likely killer - an interest in violent films, lack of grip on reality, paranoia about government conspiracies, delusions of grandeur, isolation from mainstream society...

Anyway, here he is chillin' with the big guy. Remember, these are the men who are going to bring down the biggest conspiracy in history...

Gotta disagree with you there TAM. There's no reason why they couldn't already have explosives. If I remember correctly, the columbine kids had explosives, but never ended up using them. The idea that guns would just cause an escalation is plain silly. You may as well argue that arming the police force has escalated crimes. If weapons only cause escalation, why do we arm the police? Hell, why arm the military? Surely we'd all be safer if our army had no guns?

It's still a statistical fact that good concealed carry laws decrease crime. Canada's gun laws are pretty much the main reason why I periodically consider moving to the US. Why should I let the government turn me into a victim?

11/06/2005

At 6:45 AM on Sunday, November 6th, Controlled Demolition, Inc. (CDI) felled the 21-story, 960,000 square foot MBF Patients Tower located at the Baptist Medical Center Campus in Memphis, Tennessee. This implosion followed just six (6) months after CDI completed Phase 1 of the project which involved the explosives felling of the 9-Story reinforced concrete Main Hospital Building and the adjacent, 8-story reinforced concrete Intern Building in a single implosion sequence.
The former complex was cleared to make way for the 1.3 million square foot Bioworks Foundation Research Park. The six-building research, incubator and commercial center for the biotech industry will take about 10 years to complete

A total of 921 lb of explosives were used, including 18,000 lineal feet of 18 grain detonating cord in the initiation system, alone. To ensure that air overpressure was kept to a minimum, the charges were detonated over 16 primary delays, broken up with smaller surface connector delays. The entire implosion sequence took 21 seconds. The dust cleared in several minutes, revealing a neat, 30’ pile of debris totaling roughly 240,00 cubic yards.

Chandler Demolition first estimated approximately 11 months for clean-up and site preparation, however, in light of the fragmentation of the debris, feel they can accelerate that schedule substantially. <<<

TAM, as long as I know, NY has very restrictive weapons laws. So does Washington DC, and all other "large cities". That in itself is a big problem. When you have a country where guns are readily available, yet you ban people in your largest cities from arming themselves, you're going to end up with a defenceless citizenry and a heavily armed criminal class. Banning guns outright, nation-wide, is bad enough. Doing what the US is currently doing, and only banning them in some cities, is even worse (at least for those cities anyway).

Take a look at the crime rate and weapons ownership in Sweden, and then come talk about "escalation" due to guns. Here's one source:

The army sells a variety of machine guns, submachine guns, anti-tank weapons, anti-aircraft guns, howitzers and cannons. Purchasers of these weapons require an easily obtained cantonal license, and the weapons are registered, In a nation of six million people, there are at least two million guns, including 600,00 fully automatic assault rifles, half a million pistols, and numerous machine guns. Virtually every home has a gun.
....
While long guns require no special purchase procedures, handguns are sold only to those with a Waffenerwerbsschien
...
A certificate is issued to every applicant over 18 who is not a criminal or mentally infirm.
...
There are no restrictions on the carrying of long guns. About half the cantons have strict permit procedures for carrying handguns, and the other half have no rules at all There is no discernible difference in the crime rate between the cantons as a result of the different policies.

The Swiss crime and murder rate is amongst the lowest in the world.

And before anyone accuses me of being a "freeper", keep in mind that this information is easily verifiable through other sources. Freerepublic just happened to be the first result on my google search, and the article is accurate and interesting.

Yeah really. In fact, Alex Jones is trying to prove that we live in a police state by citing situations that could only exist if you're NOT in a police state -- like private citizens having access to guns, and a "media circus" that wouldn't exist if the government controlled all media.

And another thing:

Charles Mesloh, Professor of Criminology at Florida Gulf Coast University, told NBC 2 News that he was shocked Cho could have killed 32 people with two handguns absent expert training. Mesloh immediately assumed that Cho must have used a shotgun or an assault rifle.

Why do conspiracy idiots think that speculation trumps reality? The type of gun used in the shooting is not an elusive mystery that needs to be guessed at. Autopsies of the victims, ballistic analysis of the bullets, and Cho's purchase records will conclusively prove what they were. And, they're going to find at least one gun on Cho's corpse. That should be a rather large clue as to what sort of gun was used in the shooting, don't you think?

But years from now, CTs will be telling us that all the physical evidence of the atrocity is null and void because of what Charles Mesloh said, and demand that we debunk Charles Mesloh. Whoever he is. If he even said what Jones is attributing to him.
