Here's an account of the trial by the famed legal expert, Linda Shelton, Phd (sic), MD:

The arresting officer (Fitzgerald) said that Mr. Bollyn was so drunk and belligerent that he banged his head on the Plexiglas divider in the squad car.

Way to go, Chris! I would love for this to have been an episode of Cops; sounds like plenty of drama to go around.
