"It doesn't matter that you despise Jews-neocons-Bill O'Reilly," he declared in one of his incoherent internet postings. "You pay the kosher tax - or else you don't eat."

As he points out, the far left and the far right are meeting (and greeting) each other, espousing a new kind of fascism for the 21st century:

In Voodoo Histories, his elegant evisceration of the paranoid mentality, David Aaronovitch points out that former fascists and communists, secular Ba'athists, radical Islamists, Russian nationalists and America firsters - people who would never have worked together in the past, and who indeed killed each other in the past - are fusing ideas and creating a new ideology. Their politics, he writes, is "a loose coalescence of impulses: anti-globalisation, broadly anti-modernist and anti-imperialist - with imperialism being inevitably and solely associated with American power".

I think that's right on the money, which is one reason why I have rejected the idea that Troofers are solely creatures of the far left. Dylan Avery may be a traditional liberal, but Jason Bermas and Alex Jones and Luke Rudkowski plainly are not.

Clueless

The troofers are going absolutely apoplectic over being associated with the Holocaust museum shooter, with far more comments being posted than usual. Lately it has been pretty dead on the truther sites admittedly. My favorite comment has to be this one on 911 Blogger, which is a letter to Glenn Beck. It starts:

I just finished viewing your segment on the holocaust shooting and the attempt to link the suspect to the 9/11 Truth Movement. Quite frankly I was shocked and appalled at the actions this individual took. I've also combed many blogs in order to determine if this man was even in the 9/11 Truth Movement. I have found no evidence as such.

The commenter then adds later (emphasis mine):

The following site categorizes over 2000 high profile Politicians, Engineers and Architects, Pilots and Aviation Professionals, Surviviors [sic] and Family Members, Senior Military, Intelligence Service, Law Enforcement, and Government Officials, Professors,and others. Please have your team of crack producers and researchers read and review the following website http://www.patriotsquestion911.com/. These are the true heroes of the 9/11 Truth Movment [sic], not James W. Von Braun.

Holocaust Museum Shooter Was 9-11 Truther

Well, well, scratch a 9-11 Truther and find a Holocaust Denier, yet again.

Authorities have confirmed that James W Von Brunn, a known anti-Semite who has published works concerning Adolf Hitler, the Third Reich and white supremacy was the gunman who entered Washington D.C.’s Holocaust Museum on Wednesday and shot a security guard before being shot himself.

Note that the signers are up to 16,000, so it's not like one of us debunkers went in and added his name to the petition to make the Troofers look bad.

And in keeping with our notion that if you're stupid enough to fall for one conspiracy theory, you'll probably fall for another, von Brunn was also an Obama "Birther".
