Considering you're planning to show up at a memorial commemorating 3,000 civilian deaths and you plan to act like the usual bunch of assholes at any political rally, you should be more worried about a gang of New Yorkers ripping you to shreds. Hell, if I thought I could get it across the border, I'd probably bring my own CS gas - just in case the cops run out :)
