This Is A Minor Point

But we've made most of the major points. 9-11 Deniers like to make a big deal out of John Ashcroft's avoidance of commercial flights a few months prior to 9-11. The story arises in this article:

In response to inquiries from CBS News over why Ashcroft was traveling exclusively by leased jet aircraft instead of commercial airlines, the Justice Department cited what it called a "threat assessment" by the FBI, and said Ashcroft has been advised to travel only by private jet for the remainder of his term.

Let me ask an obvious question. If Ashcroft was in on the plot, wouldn't he have known which planes were going to be hijacked, or "hijacked" if you prefer? It's the same thing with the supposed call from Condoleezza Rice to Willie Brown; if you buy her complicity in the plot, wouldn't she have known that no flights leaving San Francisco were at risk?

Yes, this is great!! And the 911 Deniers should debate the 911 Goosesteppers. This would be entertaining for all.

Godwin's Law has been broken. You lose.

Weird, guy can't even pick a side. What a maroon.

Yes, I know about the private flights aboard commercial airlines, which even Michael Moore has acknowledged. Let's give them all they specify is what I'm saying; still what they claim doesn't make sense. It's so retarded all you can say is they're looking to get a "woo" out of people.

It's really a pity that no one appreciates the classics any more. Kids today all think that "Nimrod" is a direct insult, not sarcasm.

The fact that you actually used the word "nimrod" gives me a warm feeling in the gut. You have made me go all Nostalgic...back to a time when the mullet was in, to when huge hair and earrings were the norm (for both sexes...lol)...back to ....the 80s.

Now I am sure it was around before then, but "Nimrod" as a term used in sarcastic wit, has to have had its hayday in the 80's.
