New Al Jazeera Video Shows Bin Laden With Hijackers?
I have watched the Fox News video of this, but it's pretty small and repeats about 10 times in a three-minute newscast, so it's obvious they didn't have the full clip. ABC's video has more, but the only part where the actual hijackers are visible appear to be martyrdom clips with Wael al Shahri and Hamza al Ghamedi.

Actually no. Read the PNAC and you would see that. Hell my old unit was suppost to field the HIMARS artillery system but that got put on hold permamently because of budget and time contraints due to the war in Iraq. Right now were far from what PNAC stated as its goals.

The tape that I viewed has good and bad...
Good: Clearly show OBL meeting and talking to Binalshibh, who i believe was the 4th pilot, who couldnt get into the US, so was replaced by Hanjour.
Bad: The only footage of the hijackers is (1)the martyr tapes and (2) Cut away scenes of them infront of a map speaking with the mic (or mic in hand). This footage is the same as that found in "The Usual Suspects", so it isnt "New". The OBL and Binalshibh meeting is.

But realistically, put that decentralized concept into actual operation. Can you see it not being and effective force if not coordinated somehow? At some point and to reach a common goal, there has to be some kind of centralized command dictating what the other members are to do. You cannot escape some type of hierarchical structure if a group is to reach a common goal.
There are many factors that can intervene in your plans the group(s) need to be coordinated regularly.

Step one of Al Quida's plan was pretty heavy on creating chaos. This is actually more easily achieved without a centralized leadership. I always thought their subsequent steps were a little fuzzy, but we've already established that rational people don't go out of their way to start wars. in any case, if they ever hope to accomplish their stage two, they will need to re-organize and re-establish centralized leadership. This brings us back to another reason why Al Quida sees releasing the video as in their interests - they keep their figurehead in the public eye.

Perhaps you should examine in detail Danniel Hopsickler's website. He has done the only investigation (with the exception of the Able Danger Unit) of Atta and his cohorts in Florida. After your read and watch the material, the supposed terrorist cadre sounds quite a bit more like drug runners than Islamic Fundamentalist Terrorists.
Yep. That 'expert' analysis does nothing to disprove the differences by claming without evidence 'someone' may have enhanced the photograph in the confession tape. Put the OT (orginaal terrorist) with the FT(fake terrorist) without commentary and even high school students can tell a difference.

Your 'dimly lit video' yet again discredits your arguement. If it is too dimly lit to determine if it is real, how can that same dimly lit video be used to prove the truth? Ahh yeah it can't.
