Toothpaste and Shampoo, Haha!

David Ray Griffin was interviewed on some public access TV program the other day. In addition to his usual asshattery, Griffin commented sarcastically (about 3:10 into the video) on the fact that we can no longer take a full tube of toothpaste or shampoo with us on a plane.

Today, the Daily Mail reports on the trials of the London liquid terror plotters:

Footage of the devastating impact of home-made liquid bombs eight British Muslims allegedly plotted to set off on transatlantic airliners was shown at their trial today.

Protective 12mm thick laminated glass shattered and polyethylene panels surrounding the test were left strewn on the floor following the filmed controlled explosion.

Judging by the photos it is impossible to tell whether it would have fatally damaged a plane, but it certainly looks like it would have been quite devastating to anybody inside the cabin.
