This Will Surely Get Me Booted from the Vast Right-Wing Conspiracy

But I love this post by Will Bunch at Media Matters about Rand Paul appearing on Russia Today, or, as I call it, KookTV.

Where is Russia Today getting its wacky ideas about America and 9/11? It could be from a U.S. commentator that it frequently invites on the air to explain what's happening here -- radio's conspiracy-theorist-in-chief, who makes even Glenn Beck look sane, and that would be Austin-based Alex Jones. You can see some of Jones' TV commentaries for Russia Today here and here and here and here and here, promoting his "Obama Deception" documentary that claims that "America has become a puppet in the hands of private bankers working towards a new world order."

Yep, if you appear on Russia Today, you're pretty much an anti-American nutbar. Particularly revealing is the fact that Rand chose that outlet rather than a teeny, tiny American news program called Meet the Press.

You know how it is. I like the article for the way it bashes the Truthers; I am sure that plenty of conservatives will hate it for the way it bashes Rand Paul. But this is a well-deserved bashing. Any candidate that appears on Russia Today needs to understand that they're appearing on KookTV. It's hilariously "Truther-friendly", features nincompoops like Alex Jones, Luke Rudkowski and Max Keiser, and other so-called "Patriots" who appear to think that the best indication of their loyalty to their country is to get on Russian TV and bash it.

Reinforcing the false left-right dichotomy again with McCarthyist jibber-jabber.

Foreign media, in fact, is the only media which will tell the actual truth about the United States because they are not, as Dan Rather put it, afraid of getting "flaming tires" around their neck for "lack of patriotism".

The patriotism police, of course, first decides that the only thing "patriotic" is right wing extremist nuttery of the neocon persuasion, and when the "definition" of "patriotism" has been established, the witch hunt begins.

Now, when will Lazarus Long bail form the vast left-wing climate change conspiracy?

wait, is rand paul a truther? does it matter at this point?

since were talking about people who we're not sure are truthers or not, do you guys have an idea of the percentage of oath keepers to truthers?

do you think it's one to one or is the ratio smaller, like one out of three oath keepers being truthers.

Yeah, the 2000 election was such a success that the Sooooopreme Court had to decide it for the first time in history. That Bush won without the popular vote, for only the 4th time in history, and the Russians that the fraud was so transparent they thought it was hilarious.

So hilarious, they offered to help counting. Yup.

Yeah, the Founding Fathers were geniuses, weren't they, for keeping that incompetent dolt Al Gore away from the levers of power?

I mean just look at how the current incompetent dolt is ruining our country.

"and the Russians that the fraud was so transparent they thought it was hilarious."

You sound exactly like the rapist you probably are. That is; it's the victim's fault.

"Yeah, the Founding Fathers were geniuses, weren't they, for keeping that incompetent dolt Al Gore away from the levers of power?"

Nah. It was a bunch of soulless, honorless, corrupt, reactionary judges that handed the election to Bush. And so they sealed the deal and the coup was complete. Would the world have been a better place with Gore in the White House? I don't know. All politicians are scum, but that doesn't mean election fraud, even in a stupid two-party system, is a-okay.

"I mean just look at how the current incompetent dolt is ruining our country."

So? First of all, it was already ruined, second of all, whatever incompetent, compliant, soulless, ball-less asshole and Wall Street stooge Obama may be, it's irrelevant to the topic at hand: the 2000 election. Your assessment of the quality of a president or presidential candidate is no argument whatsoever. Neither does that argument fly for my own opinion of Bush at the time. Had the American people been stupid enough to elect him, they would have deserved him. But they didn't, and he stole it with help from, among others, his brother Jeb.

"Who give a flying fuck what the Russians think about anything? Last time I checked they're still a third world, kleptocrat, fascist thugocracy."

I don't know exactly what Russia is, but it is sure is a totalitarian hellhole, which is why them laughing at your electoral process is humiliating. The 2000 elections were a disgrace, and not because of Al Gore, but because of George W. Bush, Jeb Bush, Katherine Harris, and the various corrupt judges who allowed it.

And now, they're saying a corporation is a person. So screw you, Laz.

Darn them for following Florida and US law, darn them to heck!

Loser.

"And so they sealed the deal and the coup was complete."

No, fucktard, they STOPPED Al Gore's coup attempt. And the fact that you don't know that is a real reflection on the depths of your ignorance.

"Would the world have been a better place with Gore in the White House?"

Fuck no, he's a moron. I mean look at him running around the world trying to sell carbon credits.

"that doesn't mean election fraud, even in a stupid two-party system, is a-okay."

Then thank Cthulu he was stopped.

"it's irrelevant to the topic at hand"

It is the topic at hand: Gore's such a moron he couldn't even lead a coup d'etat.

"... he stole it with help from, among others, his brother Jeb."

Back in cloud coo-coo land again.

Dude. Meds. USE them.

"The 2000 elections were a disgrace"

Because Gore lost, he knew he lost, he lied and imported a bunch of corrupt lawyers in an attempted illegal attack on the laws of Florida and the US Constitution.

Sometimes you gotta believe that God watches over America, because he prevented a real disaster from happening.

So in summary, the flatworm uses ad hom attacks, baseless accusations, ill informed opinion and tons of volanic hatred to prove.....nothing.

And in some ways the fear is that you will be necklaced here, you will have a flaming tire of lack of patriotism put around your neck. Then perhaps you can explain why I just proved that you're a liar, ArseHooligan?

Did you really think you could get away with lying about the late Barry Jennings?

You're lower than a snakes belly, ArseHooligan. After all, only a rotten scumbag would lie about a man who's dead. Moreover, a dead man can't defend himself--you slime bag.

Source: SLC: Here's the proof that you're misrepresenting Barry Jennings story.

'You think the Moldy Biscuit will ever 'fess up once he finds out that EasyJet had a limited amount (on each flight to Amsterdam) of 29 pound return tickets to Amsterdam in 1997?'

The fuck they did, Walt. And they sure as hell weren't flying direct from Liverpool to Schipol like you claimed. That's just another fantasy creation alongside 'A Real Veteran', the son born in Southport (in 1995, according to your original BS), and your bird at the Laban institute.

'He's the guy who claimed that the dust samples were "fabricated" and then skedaddled back when challenged.'

I challenged you before to quote me on this. You failed to do so, Walt, because yet again you either had a psychotic episode and made this shit up, or you're lying again.

'And he still can't manage a pipsqueak on the explosion that trapped Jennings and Hess on the NORTH side of #7.'

As I've said time and time again, Walt. It's up to you to prove that it's scientifically possible to have a CD in which the building collapses hours - rather than seconds - after the charges go off. But of course, you'll try and wriggle out of this one as well.

I'll leave you to your fantasies, Walt. Maybe in your dreams you actually had a life that counted for something.
