I really like to look at it from a distance, as it has risen high enough that it peeks out from above things around New York now. It also causes a bit of an emotional reaction, as seeing a super-tall building in that location again brings back so many memories.

I can see it rising above the roofs from my front steps, which is really cool.

American exceptionalism returns.

What do you mean?

Ian, we could have half-assed it. Built short, squat, uninspiring buildings. Instead we honored the victims in NYC-Style (first class) AND we replace the towers with BETTER towers.

These are already inspiring, just as the original ones were symbols of American power and class. Many of those building them are children of the men who built the first towers.

Once finished the NYC skyline will look sharp(er). If you think about all the headaches which went into the planning and design then how each problem was ultimately resolved it was a credit to Americans ability to fix things.

Finally it is an expression of optimism for the future. The WTC was always America's way of saying "Open for Business". The absence of the Twin Towers coincided with the economic instability starting in 2000, now as they near completion the country has begun to turn the corner, and get back off its heels. In a few years it will once again be a central hub of commerce, and a glorious tourist trap. It reminds the rest of the world America can still built, and in fact it is what we do best at the end of the day.

Hopefully it will remind us too.

Meanwhile, the Occupiers carry on forgotten. Literally in the shadow of 1 WTC. That's gotta sting.

Looks like the twoofers have finally accomplished something. The disease they spread appears to have motivated a guy to try to commit mass murder.

The admitted mastermind of a foiled plot to bomb New York City subways testified Tuesday that he wanted to fight jihad in Afghanistan after coming to believe that the U.S. government was behind the Sept. 11, 2001, attacks.

Twoofers should be proud.

The Holocaust Museum shooter, the Pentagon shooter, the guy in Colorado who killed his father, etc... clearly everyone who advocates for 9/11 Justice must be a terrorist sympathizer or a murderer right?

Not so much.

No, everyone is busy with their normal lives and don't have time to care about what some tiny conspiracy cult thinks. In order to actually care about this, one has to have plenty of free time and a lack of connection to what we call "reality". Given that you're mentally ill, and have no job, no friends, no family, etc. it is unsurprising that you're obsessed with nonsense like invisible spray-on thermite and silent explosives.

For someone who claims that you "don't have time to care about what some tiny conspiracy cult thinks" you sure spend a lot of time inventing lies. I'm not obsessed with spray-on thermite. I give it little thought.

Do you have evidence that explosives planted inside hollow core columns, that bulged out the column walls to weaken them but did not rupture the walls, would transmit sound to the outside? What is that evidence, please?

I don't invent lies. I mock you for being an insane failed janitor. Doing so doesn't require a lot of time or effort.

See what I mean? I don't have to invent reasons to protray you as a hysterical lunatic when you come up with such reasons on your own.

I see, you don't have evidence that explosives planted inside hollow core columns, that bulged out the column walls to weaken them but did not rupture the walls, would transmit sound to the outside. Thanks for proving that your ridicule of the concept of "silent explosives" is without any factual basis.

I do have evidence that the explosives would make noise. I'll present the evidence to you when you admit that the widows have no questions.

Brian, you do realize that it's irrelevant whether or not I present evidence of explosives producing sound, right? No matter if I produce that evidence or not, you'll still be a mentally ill unemployed janitor who is nothing but a source of amusement to normal people.

It's relevant. It shows that your ridicule is inappropriate and unintelligent of the notion of explosions which seem to be silent from outside because their noise is confined to the inside of a steel box column.

It would be relevant if anyone cared what you think, but nobody does. You're a pathetic, hysterical liar, mentally ill unemployed janitor, college drop-out, and you have a hideous haircut. You can babble all you want about silent explosives, but all anyone will do is laugh at you.

I mean, look at all the idiotic things you've posted here over the last 3 years. Has it gotten you anywhere? Of course not. You're still nothing but the butt of jokes here, and not one of your "truther" goals has been accomplished. All the hysterical squealing in the world won't change that.

As always Brian your ignorance to academia is not surprising. Anyone who has graduated even from a community college knows that academics is not swayed by appeals to authority & popularity but by demonstration in publications, professional conferences, etc.

While NIST & the collapse by fire hypothesis are published in a couple dozen peer reviewed journals, been presented in academic conferences, & supported by multiple agencies (something you already know and run away from); Gage & his clown care of fringes have faked and ran away from academic scrutiny. Let us know when you understand the rules of the game before eve trying to play.

Your list could be 1 billion and it still wouldn't change that fact that Gage's cash cow has yet to publish a criticism of NIST or provided a superior explanation in a single reputable forum on the planet. Too bad, so sad.

Ian, your belief that relevance is determined on an ad hominem basis shows your irrational nature.

Ian, over 3 years my postings here have demonstrated to anyone who's interested that the alleged debunkers on this site don't know what they are talking about. All of your quality posters have left because they got tired of me making fools of them. Only the lying and foolish sludge like you remains.

You can't name one architect or engineer independent of NIST who has expressed confidence in the NIST report's collapse findings.

Thanks for proving my point. You've accomplished nothing, except for driving away a few people who got tired of your idiocy.

You can't name one architect or engineer independent of NIST who has expressed confidence in the NIST report's collapse findings.

Brian, we've been over this many times. My Uncle Steve expressed confidence in the NIST report's collapse findings.

You, on the other hand, can't name one widow with a question.

Skidmark, the question is not am I relevant. The point is that your inability to support your claims is relevant. The only argument for which you can even show the appearance of an argument is the ad hominem, and you can't even do that without lying.

Actually, that is the question. Why should anyone care about a single thing you post when you're nothing but a mentally ill unemployed janitor who calls people "girls"?

The point is that your inability to support your claims is relevant.

I have supported my claims. You have not. You still haven't named a single widow with a question, for instance.

"The Holocaust Museum shooter, the Pentagon shooter, the guy in Colorado who killed his father, etc... clearly everyone who advocates for 9/11 Justice must be a terrorist sympathizer or a murderer right?"

Technically - yes.

You sympathize by removing the actual terrorists (Al Qaeda), and inserting your own set of baddies (Bush, Neo-Cons,Jews, My Little Pony) thus letting the actual terrorists off the hook.

Or...

You run a mythical list of evil done to Muslems by the United States which somehow justified the attacks...again sympathizing with them.

You're murderers because in your selfish little cause you have give mentally ill people motivation do kill, then walk away from any resposability. Granted you can be 100% to blame but you must admit 9/11 Truth attracts the insane for obvious reasons (hint: they feel at home with other nutjobs). Finally you're murdered because it's a forgone conclusion the next large terror attack by an American will be committed by a guy who thinks 9/11 was an inside job.

...and who do we see about that, John?
