No, They Aren't Paranoid

From one of the truthseekers over at 911 blogger:

However, the latest BBC fiasco shows that even this term [corporate media] is inadequate, since the BBC is not owned by a private corporation. Though ostensibly independent, the BBC's ability to predict the fall of WTC 7 shows that it has covert links to the Blair government and therefore to the White House.

So the BBC is in on it too. I honestly would like to know, is there anyone that they have actually managed to eliminate from involvement in this plot?

Update: Another nutter on 9/11 Blogger speculates that Rupert Murdoch, the CEO of New Corp. was told about the plot ahead of time. OK, maybe I am too low on the New World Order pecking order, but is the best way to keep a conspiracy quiet really to notify every media company in sight?

"Hey Dick, this is Gordon, hey you know I am on my way to that office at the Watergate that we were talking about breaking into, but I was wondering if you had notified the New York Times and Washington Post like I asked you to..."

This actually (slightly) makes more sense than their cries of the American media being in on it, since the Beeb is owned by the (Oh my God, Big Brother!) government.

Shhh, debunking911! You'll open a can of worms with questions like that. Once you start asking why a script is necessary for something that's going to happen anyway, next people will want to know why the Impossibly Vast Conspiracy provided a script to the virulently anti-American, anti-Bush BBC and not, say, Fox News. There are, after all, benighted souls who really can't understand the point of the IVC's confessing a monstrous crime to people who would love to put them in jail.

Admittedly, it IS hard to explain.

Yeah, TAM, the exposed fraud Lauro Chavez and the fake EMT guy were the most powerful arguments for the liars' idiocy they've produced to date.

Well, it's somewhat more complicated than that, but it's exceptionally entertaining seeing the deniers just make stuff up about the way in which Britain actually functions.

I think a lot of the Truthers have some inkling that the BBC has governmental ties, but they don't know exactly how it works. Admittedly, it is an unusual system, but the Truthers (as well as a lot of the British far right - hey, how's that for a completely unrelated coincidence?) seem to assume that this means the BBC is slavishly pro-Blair and cannot broadcast anything too critical of him, an illusion that could be shattered by five minutes Googling the words "Hutton report".
