9-11 Denier Nutbars Disrupt Kristol Speech

Looks like plenty of Deniers at the University of Texas:

A speech by William Kristol, former chief of staff for former vice president Dan Quayle and editor of The Weekly Standard magazine, turned hostile Tuesday when students began hurling insults at Kristol, alleging his and the U.S. government's complicity in the Sept. 11 attacks.

"9/11 is your Pearl Harbor," said one student protestor, referring to a pre-Sept. 11 statement released by the Project for a New American Century, a conservative think tank Kristol chairs.

One of Alex Jones' flunkies was escorted from the building:

Radio-television-film graduate Aaron Dykes, who works for radio host Alex Jones, was escorted from the building by police after repeatedly interrupting Kristol.

"We're trying to expose the truth about 9/11," Dykes said.

Update: Here's the video:

Update II: Here's Alex Jones and his flunkies discussing their disruption of the event:

Update III: Wonkette (which is now apparently written by men), calls Jones a "famed Austin hellraiser". Ace loves the euphemism for maniac 9-11 Truther, while Allah says it shows a lack of critical thinking.

Do I have to tell you how Jones will play this.

Jones:
... and in my home stsate of Texas, one of the courageous, a man I know well, Aaron Dykes, became a victim of the martial law that is the whip of the NWO. Exercising his democratic right to free speech at a shill based symposium fronted by Neocon William Kristol, Aaron was forcibly removed by police for daring to speak out.

You know this is what will be said.

COMMENT:
Taking Kristol's cue, notice how the newspaper that originally published this article takes aim at Alex Jones and refers to him as a liberal. Kristol, the Neo-Cons (who themselves are the descendents of hard-core Trotskyite totalitarian socialism) and the controlled corporate media (or in this case the corporate-controlled university systems) are absolutely desperate to keep everyone neatly confined to the Left/Right paradigm.

This is a powerful tool in their arsenal to oppress and control the U.S. population by mindlessly simplifying critical issues into two meaningless choices. They limit the debate and force people to pick sides and fight against one another instead of fighting against the real problems, the real culprits, and those really responsible for the coordination and execution of 9/11.

Trotskyite? I must not have been paying attention in my 20th century Russian history classes...

For anybody that ever considered kicking Alex Jone's ass if they run into him: this is why not. He wants the publicity. You will be helping him out.

"What might Kristol confess to if some future president declares him an enemy combatant and waterboards him?"

And therefore the world trade center was brought down with thermate?

I don't care. I (and many others I'm sure) would get a giant morale boost from watching him try to rant and rave, while missing all of his teeth.

And therefore the world trade center was brought down with thermate?

No, termites. Or kibbler elves. Something like that.

Even if declared an enemy combatant he would still go through the normal court systems. Actually ready the laws before you interprete them.

What a bunch of idiots. He gets a couple of people who work for him to disrupt a public event so they will get kicked out of it, and then he reports it as a news event.

BTW anyone else notice how fat these people are? Is there some type of weight requirement to work at his radio station? If you see a fat man following you with a video camera, it is probably one of Alex Jones' minions.

Either that or Michael Moore...

If everything were factual, honest, open, and all questions answered there would be no room for protests, debates, or Alex Jones. But because the exact opposite is true in the 9/11 situation, we have this example of free speech in America.

I was pretty close in my original comments above, having not seen the video, wasnt I. The reason, is because AJ and his crew are so godamn predictable.

ten years from now there are gonna be an awful lot of guys in their early thirties saying:

"huh huh, ya remember back in 2005-2006 when we were so into the whole 9/11 thing...ya man wasnt that cool...ya...too bad my mom kicked me out and I had to get a real job. If she hadda let me stay, I'd still be protesting...huh huh."

I synpathize for them. I mean, seriously, I do. I remember how hard it was when I was six years old to learn how to "wait my turn". I fought it!

This is great, though, because it further proves that nobody with an inkling of respect and common sense wants to even listen to jerkoffs who can't follow simple rules.

Everyone who makes this argument is an idiot. No ifs, ands, or buts about it. Every single one of them is an idiot.

There are people who argue that evolution is wrong and that the Earth and all the animals were created a few thousand years ago.

There are people who don't think Oswald was the only shooter (even though ALL of the physical evidence points to it being the case).

Why do you retards waste my air.

What a load of nonsense. The Apollo moon landing was one of the most "open" events in history, yet you've still got idiots (and a damn large number of them) who think it was faked. 9/11 is no different. There will always be people who hate the US, or hate Jews, or are simply paranoid fanatics. Those types will insist on making 9/11 into a conspiracy theory no matter how much evidence they're presented with, or how open any investigation may be. When you're that fucked up you can ALWAYS claim that the only reason it doesn't look like a conspiracy is because the CIA/Mossad/Illuminati are faking the evidence.

Wow how come every video of these guys shows them doing nothing but ranting like a bunch of worthless assholes? Good point James.Fat revolting blobs of shit like Jim Fetzer and Aaron Dykes need to stop worrying about exposing their "truth" and worry about getting their cholesterol checked. Props to Kristol for keeping an even temperament throughout that ordeal. Just goes to show how these people will do ANYTHING for attention and how, on the flipside, the educated people know that keeping an even keel is a much better way to get your point
across.Anyone who has not checked out the video from September 9 should take a look at it.The part when Alex Jones and Mark Roberts are debating on the street is classic(if you want to call it debating.Mostly Jones ranting like a lunatic while Mr. Roberts remains calm as can be, gets all of his points across, disproves everything Jones says, and manages to do it all even while Jones disrupts him every time he states a FACT, something the truthers are not familiar with).

Also wanted to point out a good point by Tam. how come so many of the people that buy into this shit are late teens, early twenties guys? As a 22 year old, this bothers me about as much as anything else. They make all young people look like idiots. It's just not the case though. Some of us, a lot of us, actually, do have critical thinking ability.

Bubbers, I think the key here is not young, but young and disaffected; the youngsters in the Truth movement have that "L" in the middle of their foreheads.

I think the reason is that there are alot more people in their late teens and early twenties that are still "in Limbo" wrt life, how they feel about the world, what they want to do, who they want to do with it. As a group many more of them feel out of place with the world. I think the "truth" movement gives them something they feel is important, to BELONG to.

I think when you get through your twenties, or approach 30, you have done the college thing, or you have gotten a job, or a wife and kids, or all the above, and life is different then. Your outlook is alot more about preservation of a good life, for yourself, and for your kids and/or mate.

You also BELONG. You belong in the sense that you are in a relationship. You are working, so you BELONG to that group. You have kids, you are needed, so you BELONG to that group known as parents.

Do you get my drift...lol

I am only 36, so it wasnt too long ago I was a 24 year old med student protesting with the rest of them on various issues.

Interesting video, which I am sure we will debunk shortly. I do love this Gul Hamid guy though.

If you read the transcript from his interview with borchgrave, he actually refutes a long held mantra of the CTers, that of "OBL and Al-Qaeda, ya right, so the most powerful country in the world was foiled by a bunch of guys in caves".

Hamid, who claims to know them well, says this about Al-Qaeda and OBL:

"I know bin Laden and his associates. I've been with them here, in Europe and the Middle East. They are graduates of the best universities and are highly intelligent with impressive degrees and speak impeccable English.

Yes these are just "some guys in caves" alright.

So you need to decide CTers, do you wanna use this guy as a reference or not. Seems he could work both ways.

I personally think he is a double agent who sides with the Islamic Extremists, and hence will lie as needed to blame the Jews for everything, including as he does in this interview, blame them for 9/11

A college degree wouldn't have allowed the hijackers to bypass all standard check-in procedures at the airport

They didn't.

a college degree wouldn't have allowed the hijackers to completely confuse the FAA/NORAD/USAF reponse to prevent the planes from being intercepted.

They didn't.

And then at the same time, we're to believe that these evil geniuses left these careless tracks behind them like a herd of stampeding elephants?

They weren't geniuses, and, normaly, people on a sucide mission aren't too worried about leaving behind evidence.

Got anything else?
