You aren't really giving the SLC Blog the credit they deserve. You have to admit the fact is significant that most all professional engineers and all (as far as we can tell) structural engineers have remained mum or have supported the govt. story.
An entire profession representing a particular viewpoint in the media that is a lie. Wow, the last time that happened was in the newspapers in the 1940's commenting about (or ignoring the research) the healthy effects of cigarette smoking.
