Could These People Get Any More Bizarre?
Earlier I posted a radio interview with prominent "Scholar" for 9/11 "Truth" Kevin Barrett, in which he talked about how the movement needed to focus on 9/11 and not "Illuminati bloodlines, UFO's etc" so as not to confuse people and make them think they are "conspiracy theorists" (gee, ya think?). Well Kent over at the JREF forum points us to this letter written by Barrett to John Kerry posted on his "Muslim-Jewish-Christian Alliance for 9/11 Truth" site, demonstrating exactly why he needs to be careful to hide his true views from the world:
Dear John,
You, my “war-hero” friend, are a feckless yellow-bellied WIMP. 19 months ago, when you could have walked away...you did! You let the Bush crime family and their 9/11 perp friends the neocons steal the election you won in a landslide 53%-47%. If you had the slightest shred of guts or integrity, you could have had us all out in the streets taking back the country. Instead, you tucked your tail between your legs and fled like the coward you are. Unless, of course, the two candidates from Skull and Bones had the whole thing fixed in advance. Either way, it appears that masturbating in a coffin in front of your sick Yalie frat buddies doesn't do much for your intestinal fortitude. As far as I'm concerned, you're history. But hey, prove me wrong. Get onboard with 9/11 truth NOW or condemn yourself to historical irrelevance.
Sincerely,
Kevin Barrett

Like hey, man, I mean, did anyone find a video of O'Reilly saying he should be "murdered and thrown into the Boston Harbor.", I mean I love videos.
I was looking for that. I can't find any reference to the incident, other than Barrett's letter.
Why does he use quotes around "War Hero".
Did you know that Kerry was in Viet Nam?
He has the medals to prove it.
Just look at his military records - you'll see.,
Well we could argue the finer points of his war record forever, that subject has been going on for years, but I don't think there is much question this letter is offensive (and just plain bizarre). Hell, I am a Republican, I personally can't stand Kerry, and I am offended by it.

No, I don't think so.

Gee, people who write things that demented about bloggers are canned at the University of Arizona. I think we can reasonably conclude that UW-M has lower standards of decorum.
I can't believe any "sane" "intellectual" would write the likes of what you posted. Either it is meant to be a joke (in poor taste), or the guy is a complete nut.
do they ever ask themselves why so many passport holders of Bizzarostan fill their ranks?
They believe that anyone wackier than themselves, or anyone with a conflicting CT, are CIA moles doing counterintel.
Unfortunately, I'm not kidding.
Whats wrong with him attacking John Kerry by posting a letter on his website? Thats what websites are for.
Lying isn't good for anyone.
JoanBasil,
Thanks for speaking up for honest discussion. There's almost a complete absence here.
I think the Skull and Bones argument is a waste of time, but surely those here who support Coulter's and Malkin's writing understand the concept of poetic license.
"Could These People Get Any More Bizarre?"
I give them a week.
Yes, my particular complaint was not that he dared to confront someone on an issue. I think that is not only a right, but an obligation of any free citizen who feels something is not right with their government. My comments concerned this man, who I believe is one of the frontmen for Scholars for 9/11 truth, and his borderline "insane" comments, tone, and use of language in his letter.
You know what though, keep it up CTers. Keep guys like this as your spokespeople, and you'll make it much easier for the debunkers, because you'll simple self-destruct as a movement.
