More Photos from Ground Zero, 9-11-06

I found a couple more sets from folks attending the Memorial/Denier Rally. This set is terrific, and includes some acidic commentary on the "Blackshirts". Here's her comment about this jerk:

Many in the crowd treated the anniversary as a big party, and walked about with a self-satisfied demeanor. It was like they were attending a Star Trek convention: none of them showed any signs of remorse or mourning. Most were just enjoying the moment.

Here's Jason Bermas:

No doubt demonstrating how he examines the evidence.

I actually feel sorry for Bermas. I think it's fairly obvious he wanted something special to belong to. Unfortunately, he didn't choose something like, say, educating people on governmental human rights abuse to use his single-minded zeal on - he chose a fantasy about the evil American government.

The set even has people who lost people on the flights...but how can that be...I thought they were drone flights?

I don't hate the CTers, but I really dislike them alot.

Under a pic of a woman who starts yelling at the CT Cultists:

Decent, concerned mother articulates her opposition to one of the leaders of the internet blackshirt cult. "You say corporations are all evil. Who do you think made the sneakers and jeans you're wearing? Corporations. Who did your parents and grandparents work for to earn their livings to feed you?" All of her common sense fell on deaf ears, of course.

Yup...she said it best.

Folks don’t debate the JFK assassination at Arlington.

Were there ever "truthers" any November 22 at Dealey Plaza?

Hey Zippy. I'm one of three people who regularly go down to Ground Zero every Saturday to combat the ignorance the CT crowd spreads there.

I was there all day during the anniversary.

A friend of mine also shares your view that that site is no place for debate of any kind. I've been back and forth on the whole issue, but I'd very much like to talk to you about it.

If you read this and wouldn't mind discussing it further, my contact info is in my blogger profile (just click on my name). Shoot me an email or IM.

Thanks.

no doubt anyone who oppses to think outside your fishbowl of a world and ask why the 9/11 tragedy doesnt add up , must be a middle america hick, a red state resident, a war vet or child of a war vet, or related to someone who was killed on 911, maybe they shouldnt meet up to disprove 911 on the aniversary but you cant prove anything by talking shit on the internet with no facts...morons
