I'm not for ridiculous quotas like that cited by Stout Republican (who has an awesome logo). But for humor purposes, I'm all for it. Good comedy takes shots at the powerful, not the powerless.
Well, except for twoofer humor. That's OK because they can change if they want, thus escaping the ridicule.
