Loose Change Forum Posters Once Again On Top Of Things
From the Loose Change Forum, posted today:
This 20min interview with Iraq War Veteran Jesse MacBeth will shake your view of the war in Iraq, whether you're behind it or not. This man tells of his personal experiences 'in-country,' and they are much, much worse than anything I have heard before. He is completely believable and obviously sincere in his remorse over the unbelievable atrocities he himself admittedly participated in. Recommend that all watch this interview.
Gee, nothing gets past these guys...
Here is the post we did on this guy, 7 months ago.
Coincidently, MacBeth was in the news for other reasons today. Apparently he is in jail on several assault charges. It couldn't have happened to a nicer fake veteran.

What is really really sad is that months and years from now, this guy will still be quoted by the anti-war loonies as an authority. No matter how many times he's shown to be a fraud.
Posted in the comments for the May 2006 post on this guy.
Shortly after the MacBeth story started someone posted an entry on him in Wikipedia.
In the discussion for it an argument about whether MacBeth was "worthy" came up.
"this article should not be deleted even though it appears that the video is fraudelent, at some future point when someone makes a reference to jessie macbeth, this article will be here for those who might have missed the hubbub, removing it would be like removing an article about the Piltdown man"

You know, you have to hand it to people who are so stupid, so dumb, so incredibly out of touch that they tout a liar as the basis of their facts on an issue.
This is why I say it all the time: like every other conspiracy based on less than nothing, the Troothers and their horsecrap will implode from within.

This is why Wikipedia is larded down with leftwing claptrap. No matter how many times it is pointed out to them that they have lies posted on their site, they stick with them.
But, they are consistent: they do make sure to leave lies about the right, no matter how wrong and inflammatory.

I think the point was to leave the article up, along with information about why the guy is a fraud, so as to avoid the inevitable resurrection of the topic (or at least quash it quickly).
If they just deleted the article, it makes it seem as if it wasn't even discussed.
Like hey man, even Korey can't come up with stuff like Jesse!
I don't get how anyone fell for that guy being a Ranger (I believe that was his deal). He's as thin as a pencil. Not only that, but his uniform is all fucked up.

I concur. It's very rarely that Wikipedia comes through, but that surely is one instance.
How long until they're citing Lauro Chavez again?
That reminds me....Shawn, did you ever finish writing that book? :)

Funny you mention that, I just got back into working on it at the behest of one my friends (and the fact I finally have enough free time to work on it after the holiday rush at work). I'll keep you posted on it (I'll probably put excerpts on my blog, and I'll link you when I do so).

Wikipedia is still ridiculous. They tout the likes of Daily Kos and other leftwing websites no matter how much they lie and post utter nonsense.
Great, thanks, I look forward to it!
