Spencer Pratt and Heidi Montag's Trooferism Hits Tabloids

Us magazine has an article about their descent into nuttery:

Spencer Pratt and Heidi Montag Pratt shared some controversial views on a radio show earlier this week.

In a Monday appearance on Alex Jones' radio show, Infowars, the couple revealed they feel 9/11 was an "inside job," say the idea that global warming exists is "mind boggling" and lament the "end of humanity."

BTW, a couple hours ago a friend stopped by and I happened to have Heidi's twitter page (which has been remarkably quiet the last 24 hours) up. He's about 50 years old, obviously not in the MTV demographic, and he immediately asked me, isn't that that gal Speidi? He explained that she'd been on a recent reality TV show on NBC, and that she and her husband were obnoxious and annoying and quite clearly crazy. Apparently the Speidi thing is a take off on Brangelina.

Trooferism did not kill Charlie Sheen, although it definitely scuttled Rosie's career. We'll see what the fallout is from this for the couple America loves to hate; it may just make them more popular.
