Alex Jones on the Wendy Burlingame tragedy on his show today:
This is the daughter of one of the most, the most suspicious flight on 9/11. Daddy of course took part in drills and then he supposedly was one of the pilots who then died. “Tragedy struck a 9/11 family for the second time when a daughter of one of the hijacked pilots was killed in a suspicious blaze”. Wendy Burlingame 32, and her two dogs died when flames ripped through the 10 floor apartment in Guttenberg, Hudson County. Wendy Burlingame was the daughter of American Airlines pilot Chuck ‘Chick’ Burlingame whose plane crashed into the Pentagon on September 11th.”
I mean I don’t have enough writers to write all this stuff up. I mean this is the guy who ran drills of flying hijacked jets into the World Trade Center months before (laughter) and he is the supposed pilot on this non-existent plane that flies into it. And we wonder if Burlingame was like the majority of victims family members, I wonder if she was about to go public. You know, they got their phones tapped 24-7. Sounds like a firebombing to me. The neighbors hear a big commotion and then just flames (makes crackling noises) I mean folks, instant flame, you can’t even get out of. They might have used white phosphorus bombs anything. That’s what it sounds like, just instant. A commotion. No! No! BOOM! YOU’RE GONE!

Yeah she just went off on the CTists 4 months ago for horribly disrespecting her dead father, but now she was gonna open her mouth and say something that the government doesn't want us to know. Yeah right. She was in no way a member of their "movement". These people are so unbelievably disrespectful that they use people's deaths to push their own agenda on everybody and boost their own ratings. It's bullshit. I hate to call names but Alex Jones is a retard who would have us all believe he is a genius. He needs to get over himself. They all do. Not that anyone gives a shit about any of them anyway. It's gotten to the point where it is painfully obvious that none of them care about the truth, and have absolutely ZERO respect for the victims or their families(except for the small number of family members who buy into their bullshit). Fucking hypocrites.
Who benefits?
The Democrats.
Now that we've established a motive, we don't need to think. Because that's all an investigation needs.

It seems to me that this blog has come full circle and thus, has lost its focus. Let me illustrate.
The reaction of many "flag-wavers", upon seeing Loose Change, is a emotional "these traitors shouldn't get away with putting out these anti-American lies". Various voices create a debunking, which point out quote-mining, unsubstaniated claims, etc. etc. The goal is to counteract the effect of Loose Change on unthinking minds by pointing out the errors, etc.
However, along the way, Pat and James have discovered that the video "Loose Change" is only the tip of the iceberg when it comes to websites, personalities, media organizations, disinfo campaigns, dirty tricks, etc.
In addition, although you don't see a lot of "true confession" on this blog's posts, it is a certainty that Pat and James have become more familiar with the true holes in the govt. story, with special emphasis on just how inadequate the 9/11 Commission work and Report is.
However, this blog has a mission, and that mission is now to attack the whole 9/11 Truth movement, mostly by finding its weakest points which are to be subjected to scathing attacks. If this technique works for Malkin and Limbaugh against the "liberals", why shouldn't the same formula work against the "truthers".
So now, rather than many blog posts here being about Loose Change, Dylan, etc., we are treated to posts such as this rollicking ad-hominem (fat man Alex) against one of the easiest targets of all the "truthers".
Perhaps if you are enjoying your own echo chamber, SLC Blog, this sneering and jeering can be a pernament pastime. For those of us to care about lies, cover up, and the future of our American Republic, you might as well be a bunch of guys in the corner doing a circle jerk.

Alex Jones may be a 'weak link' but he's also one of the most popular, with a couple of websites, numerous videos, and a ridiculous number of black shirts willing to attend the 9/11 memorial on the attack's anniversary and insult victims, family members, and attendees' intelligences. My friend, whether you like it or not Jones and the Loose Change crew are major parts of the reason there is a 9/11 movement at all. This is not the fault of rational people and it is not a straw man to attack the position most adhere to. You have my sympathy regarding the way logic and reality work.

BG The only place you error in your thinking: this blog is indeed not fair and balanced, nor does it try to be, nor was it meant to be. It is completely polarizing and is is simply meant to be a clearing house for regular OS'ers to find the latest in the Truth Movement News and Information. Then if they feel like making fun of people, they will post away.

I dunno about that. I definitely see the utility of having a copy of the audio lying around for when he and other deniers lie later about their statements, just like the Loose Stoolers' lies in their blog. (lies documented here)

I would only ask that you start a blog called:
"Getting the Truth about 9/11"
and spend your energy toward honest research and debate rather than picking a side in the debate and seeing how much you can make fun of your "opposition".

However I fully admit that to a non-discerning viewer of much of the "9/11 Evidence" from NIST, Pop Mechanics, etc, which is offered up, those of us who doubt, or who are convinced the official story is false, seem to be crazy.
If you cared about the truth of the matter, steve, you wouldn't play the game of "you guys have no experts".

Not to mention going absolutely crazy over David Lynch, which he calls "the dam breaking". Wow, two Hollywood figures most people have never heard of are now truthers. Not much of a flood if you ask me.

Everything I have said can and has been backed up with scientific facts not guesses and there were well over 300 experts in various fields. Now the toofers say National Geographic, Popular Mechanics and Scientific American who have been around for a hunderd years or so and have been some of the primere publications for decades, all of a sudden are liers as well as the NIST, the society of civil engineers.
You guys just make claims and back them up with nothing.
All together this shows that the "scholars" represent a tiny fraction of one percent of practicing US scholars, and an even smaller percentage of those in relevant fields. In fact, if you peruse their "published" works, you will find that the entire credibility of the groups claims in their most prominent area, the collapse of the World Trade Center buildings, comes down to the work of two "experts"; physicist Steven Jones of BYU, and mechanical engineer Judy Woods of Clemson but never say that her expertise is in Dentistry.
Given that they are dealing with the mechanics of building collapse, one would imagine that having an "expert" in civil or structural engineering would be more relevant, but in fact, out of the 139,000 members of the American Society of Civil Engineers, the most prominent civil engineering organization in the country, not a single member has publicly joined the "Scholars" or endorsed their findings.

Sure the guy can make a guess, but there's no way he can form a "professional opinion" from a goddamn videotape. If all it took was an analysis of a tape, we wouldn't need NIST in the first place. Just show a videotape to a bunch of engineers, and they'll tell you exactly what happened, right?
