Rosie Goes Truther?

In fairness, they seem to be discussing what a hunk John Conner is, but Rosie does ape his "9-11 Was An Inside Job" megaphoning.

BG points out that the gal who first brings up The Resistance Manifesto is Christine Ebersole. Note that Rosie immediately knows Conner's name. Now, we can believe that's because Rosie's trolling the net for videos with hunky guys, or because she's a Truther.

BTW, since the Resistance Manifesto gets promoted, let's take a look at some of the things you'll learn there:

George Bush worships Satan.

Rosie's dear buddy, Tom Cruise, also worships Lucifer.

Robots are going to take over the world.

The person, Christine Ebersold, who brought this up on the View, has a website here.

It's not clear to me whether La Puerca is a CTer or not, but in either case, she should take a more serious attitude towards the antics of crackpot didoes like Connor.

The trick to selling anything, he learned, is to carry yourself with confidence and get the customer to like you within the first five minutes.

Perhaps John Connor has the confidence part down, and should work on the likability?

God damn that was pathetic. It's like the stereotypical '60s movie scene with teenage girls swooning over the bad-boy non-conformist with his leather jacket and bad-ass haircut. It's like they're actively trying to ridicule themselves.

And sorry to break it to you girls, but being a non-conformist and a lunatic are not mutually exclusive. In John's case, he's more lunatic than anything else.

I think the more probable reason that Rosie knows Conner's name is because she had been prepped. Although these shows are designed to look improvisational, I don't believe much happens that has not been scripted in detail. I don't think any of these people (Rosie, Letterman, etc) likes to be surprised. Carson, for one, had the reputation of absolutely hating to be surprised by just about anything.

Thanks of pointing out the truth about Hillary, Troy.

I was going to say the same thing. Anybody who does a show like this is well-prepared for each segment. They just LOOK they're making it up as they go.

Robots will rule us in the future, we shouldn't mock that.

Terminator was a documentary of things to come.

Ebersole may have been the panelist who began the show discussion on this subject, but that does not necessarily mean she was the one who wanted the topic discussed on the show. It could have been Rosie, or one of the other panelists, or a producer.

Again, shows like this are a lot more orchestrated than they look.

I hate to admit it, but Donald Trump was right:

Rosie O'Donnell is a pig and a fat slob.

She should not be on television. She should be in jail

So are Rosie and John Conner the next hot item? I thought Rosie wasn't into men, but who knows.

They say that even a blind hog roots up a truffle from time to time. Alex Jones roots up Ellen Goodman and BG roots up Alex Jones.

What a world. I don't know which wrist to slit.

So was that deleted comment from the "new improved" Nico?

If so, I must agree with Alex on this one--bloody ironic:

I can't say I was ever a fan of Danny Bonaduce, until I started hearing him on Glenn Beck and I listened a little bit. He admits his faults and became my new favorite hero when he met John C.

Either Rosie & co. are unaware of Conners stance on homosexuality or they are the kind of people who don't care who they hope into bed with if it satisfies a greater hatred.

Simon - There were no good guys in the Rosie/Trump fight. I teach sunday school to little kids and my first instinct upon seeing the news reports was to fly down to New York and sit between them until they both grow the hell up.

If there IS a massive conspiracy to destroy America, I can think of no better way to destroy its culture than to have every major news service spend a solid week reporting on two influential adults acting like spoiled toddlers up past thier nap-time.

There are usually pre-interview type things before these shows.

It's possible Rosie knew nothing until an hour or so before the taping
