The Truth? You Can't Handle the Truth!
This is pretty amusing. The Loosers, tired of people linking to websites that disprove their "theories" have put a filter on their forum. If you try to link to the Popular Mechanics debunking piece, it automatically changes it to another Popular Mechanics article. I imagine that if you try to link to a piece on screwloosechange.blogspot.com, it comes up as screwl00sechange.blogspot.com.
Kudos to the truthseekers who find this appalling, like Promythius who writes:
apparently so ... and thats one thing i always thought was cool about this movement ... that we tell people to do thier own research and find the truth on thier own. not to just believe whatever the hell we're saying.

yes, but unfortunatelt, if you read the majority of posts after it was exposed, particularly after London Eye states they did it to control spam, the vast majority of those imbiciles are ok with it.

After last nite C-span debacle. I would think that will only get worse ! They are cowards ! I looked around some of the CT sites.They are quiet as grave yards, on last nites implosion ! I still can't stop laughing at them. Please give them more mainstream press. Please. I fear last nite was only watched by their Choir. I asked a hundred or so people at a party here in Venice Beach CA,last nite about it. No one had even heard of it.This is a large cross section of society here, not a kids kegger.MORE PRESS!!!!

If you want to watch ABC streaming TV episodes even if you don’t live in the US or see the Football Worldcup in the BBC Sport site, even if you don’t live in the UK - the next few steps will help you mask your IP by changing your default proxy to the correct country.
We always knew it was possible, but not that it’s this simple! This can probably help people who want to use different softwares and services online that are usually restricted to the locals and not only for just viewing the above online TV. This little IP and proxy tweak also makes your surfing much more secure and anonymous.
1. In IE -> Choose Tools -> Choose Internet Options -> Go to Connections (tab) -> Press LAN Settings (button) -> mark the “Use a proxy server for your LAN…” -> In the IP Address field, enter the IP (use 206.107.155.137 for US services, 62.171.219.179 for UK services) -> In the Port field, enter the port (US - 8080, UK - 80) -> Press OK (button) -> Press OK again (button).
2. For more IPs (proxy servers) from different countries, you can check out this site.

I Help people everyday (or most days, it is my job), and I have a family, children, and I care about lots of people, and I am far from hateful, and I am relatively intelligent.
If you ask me, it is the CT movement that is most full of young, isolated individuals without family or connections to keep them based in reality.

I"m Quezinox an Admin on the forum and I have adjusted the filters back. I was not the one to put them in place and I agree it is not right.
